Knight Architects Limited is an architectural practice accredited under the Chartered Practice scheme of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) which supplies architectural services specialising exclusively in the field of bridge and civil infrastructure design. We are committed to providing competent professional services using the degree of skill and care to be
reasonably expected from a consultant experienced in the provision of services for projects of similar size and complexity. The Quality Management System (QMS) is an essential tool in satisfactorily carrying out our work as well as protecting our reputation, achieving our goals, upholding our values, and delivering design which our clients are delighted with.
Commitment
We ensure that this Quality Policy Statement (QPS) is communicated, understood and consistently applied within the organisation and provides a framework for setting measurable quality management objectives. This QPS is periodically reviewed for continuing suitability.

- Comply with legislation and regulations applicable at the time of the work and conduct our business in an ethical and professional manner, meeting and satisfying applicable requirements.
- Regularly review our Quality Management System (QMS) and update against our internal methods and innovations and against changes in external influences - quality standards, applicable legislation, industry standards, custom or practice.
- Achieve a reliable and replicable level of quality and commit to continual improvement of our work governed by the QMS through lessons learnt and effective teamwork.
- Make team members aware of the requirements and use of the QMS as a part of their introduction to the wider objectives of the practice.
- Analyse business performance to enable us to measure the effectiveness of our QMS and our commitment to continual improvement. In turn, we will also communicate internally the importance of quality and reliability and the subsequent impact on both client satisfaction and all services that we deliver.
