The second of Knight Architects A14 Gateway bridges is on site and taking shape. 2 miles from its sibling at Swavesey, the bridge distinguishes itself with a configuration that subtly rotates the tower form by 90 degrees for the aperture to address the highway users.
Developed with Atkins and Skanska for Highways England, the designs provided significant savings for the client whilst maintaining the original aspirations for high quality design
