Empowering the next generation of young women!

Jenny and Celine were excited to take part in Watford Girls Grammar School's ‘Jobs for Girls’ careers fair on 4 March. They were joined by professionals from diverse fields including nuclear, the armed forces, construction, finance and automotive engineering.

They enjoyed dozens of positive conversations with curious and ambitious Y9-12 girls. It's so important that those who choose a career in the built environment represent today's society, from both gender and ethnic background perspectives. We really hope some of the students came away inspired by the positive change architects can make to society and to our planet.
