Lake District bridge shortlisted in RIBA North West Awards

New Pooley Bridge has been selected as one of 10 shortlisted projects for a 2022 RIBA North West Award. The UK's first stainless steel road bridge sits amongst an exceptional group of projects representing a wide range of typologies and geographic coverage, all of which "embrace environmental consciousness no matter what the scale, budget or timing of design" according to Jury Chair Hazel Rounding.

All shortlisted projects will be assessed by a regional jury with the winning projects announced later this Spring.
